Bedford Peach Jelly is made from local, organic fruit. Our discerning nurseryman (Joe Komisarek) treats his trees with TLC--tender, loving care. The fruit is harvested in August after ripening on the tree. Incredible flavor---you'll love this on toast, muffins or banana bread.
