Port Wine Jelly is made from "a work of art" wine. Port wine ripens on average for three years--it's the longest ageing for a wine. It has a magnificent fruity bouquet. This jelly may be served with hazelnuts, walnuts, and almonds to fit with its bouquet of dried fruits. Roquefort or Blue Cheese is a good pair with Port Wine Jelly--also dessert petit fours.
